4. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 VIP Program

srp77's VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is calculated based on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold and 1.5% at Platinum.

For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 1.1% = ৳220 in cashback. Regular active participation is required to move to a higher level.

5.3 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• Each promotional offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are stated in the offer description.
• Each promotion applies for a set period of time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.
